About Metagea

Who We Are

Independent judgement for mining investments and transactions

Metagea Advisory is an independent mining investment and transaction advisory firm headquartered in Dubai. We advise private equity firms, institutional investors, family offices, mining companies, boards and asset owners on acquisitions, divestments, due diligence and value creation across the mining investment lifecycle.

Our purpose is to give decision-makers a clear, commercially grounded view of an asset's risks, opportunities and investment potential.

Metagea is not a conventional engineering consultancy. We combine executive mining experience with integrated technical, operational, geological, financial, commercial and legal expertise. This enables us to assess not only whether an asset is technically viable, but whether its business plan is credible, its risks are properly understood and its investment thesis can be delivered.

Our advice is informed by decades of experience developing, operating, transforming and evaluating mining businesses across the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, Europe and North America. Our professionals have managed large-scale mining operations, led business turnarounds, evaluated investment opportunities, structured strategic partnerships and supported complex projects in demanding jurisdictions.

Every engagement is senior-led. We examine the assumptions that underpin valuation and returns, including resource confidence, mine-plan deliverability, operating performance, capital requirements, management capability, regulatory exposure and execution risk. We then translate those findings into clear implications for investment committees, boards and asset owners.

Located at the intersection of global capital and the rapidly expanding mining markets of the Middle East, Metagea provides discreet, commercially focused advice to clients deploying, protecting and realising capital in the mining sector.

Our Process

How We Work

One disciplined process. Two sides of the investment decision.

Metagea advises both capital providers evaluating mining opportunities and asset owners seeking investment, strategic partners or buyers. For investors, we test the investment thesis, challenge the assumptions underpinning valuation and identify the technical, operational, financial, legal and jurisdictional risks that could affect returns. For mining companies and asset owners, we assess investment readiness, strengthen the investment case, identify material gaps and help present the asset, business plan and value proposition to potential investors or transaction counterparties. In every mandate, our role is to translate mining complexity into clear, commercially grounded conclusions that support informed investment and transaction decisions.
